Phil has extensive experience in strategy development and implementation, branding, innovation, sales revenue growth, profit growth and improvement. He has worked with businesses of all sizes, especially with SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in Ireland, mainland Europe, the USA and the UK.

Phil started his career with British Petroleum in Ireland and has held senior positions with Evode Group Plc subsidiary companies, Laporte Plc, Total, Elf and Arkema.

Phil has served as an executive board member and President of FEICA, the European Adhesives and Sealants Manufacturers Association, an executive board member of the European Federation of Construction Chemicals (EFCC) and a non-executive director of Pan Insurances DAC.

Phil holds a (Hons) Graduateship of the Marketing Institute in Ireland M.GRAD.MII and has studied at MIT in Boston, USA. He is a graduate member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and a member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland.
