Phil Derby
Phil Derby is the Managing Partner of Phil Derby and Associates, a specialist management consulting firm focused on strategy, sales growth and profit improvement. Phil is also the Business Partner in Ireland of Simon-Kucher and Partners, a global management consulting firm. He is a Non-Executive Director of Laydex Limited and a board advisor to several privately held companies.
Before establishing Phil Derby and Associates in January 2017, Phil was Global Chief Marketing Officer and executive board member of Bostik based in Paris, a €2.2bn adhesives, sealants and chemical business focused on Industrial, Construction and Consumer markets.
Phil worked with Bostik through five changes of ownership over 32 years. Phil held the senior positions in Bostik of President Europe, Middle East and Africa, Vice President Western Europe and Managing Director of Bostik Industries in the UK and Ireland.
